I have been a patient of John’s Creek Primary Care for several years. I really appreciate that my appointments have always been kept on time and the staff is efficient . There has never been a case where I was stranded in the waiting room or exam room. Everyone I have dealt with at Johns Creek Primary Care have been professional and courteous. I do not hesitate in recommending Johns Creek Primary Care to my friends and neighbors.

I had been seeing Dr Herman for a number of years, and was always very pleased with his care. I began seeing Nurse Watson a couple of years ago, and was even more pleased. I hope to move back to Atlanta this summer, and if I can buy a house near enough, I will resume going to Johns Creek Primary Care. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

They are always there for you when you need to come in if something comes up before the next appt.
They take the time to listen to your situation before recommending a solution.
They review your chart each time you come in to see if anything else needs attention.
They fill prescriptions immediately.
The nursing staff is caring and respectful as well as the office staff.
In sum they are great!
We have been with them over ten years.

I am very happy with Johns Creek Primary Care. It is easy to make appointments, don’t have to wait too long in lobby. Using the Portal makes it very easy to make appointments ,order refills on RX, or ask questions. Very professional and listen to my concerns with respect and answers.

I have been a very pleased patient of Johns Creek Primary Care for the past five years. The care afforded by Dr. Herman and Dr. Conlin has been exemplary, and their staff and front desk personnel have always been courteous and professional. Recently my experience with Dr. Conlin reached a new high. I called to make an appointment for severe abdominal pain. I was expedited to see Dr. Conlin immediately, and he ordered a CT Scan while I was in the office. Within one hour I had the scan, and the results were called into him from radiology. A treatment regimen was initiated immediately, and in all likelihood he saved my life. To say the least Johns Creek Primary Care is the best there is.

I have used Johns Creek Primary Care since moving to this area two 2-1/2 years ago. They have provided excellent service for my routine physicals – very thorough – as well as timely service for the occasional “sick” visit. The front office staff have been very cooperative in scheduling appointments and handling Medicare / Medigap filings. Best of all, the doctors spend enough time with you to explain their diagnoses / recommendations…even while staying reasonably close to scheduled appointment times.

I cant say enough about Dr. Lee Herman. Due to insurance requirements was hooked up with him when he first started practice. Again due to insurance I had had to reluctantly change again. Darn insurance. Bottom line my son was able to subscribe with Dr. Herman. My son was seeing an endocrinologist for throat pain and sore throat for about two years while in high school and college. Dr. Herman set him up for testing with Emory University Hospital for further testing as he felt there was a real problem. My son was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and was sent to surgery, I can never thank Dr. Herman enough for his persistence and professional manner which I feel may have saved any further issues. In addition I have become a patient and have through the last five or six years seen every physician and assistants. I feel strongly that I have been given the finest care that anyone could possibly receive. A BIG thank you to this medical group.

John’s Creek Primary Care is the best medical office I have ever experienced. I am proud to say that I have been a patient with this office for over 20 years and they always meet and surpass my expectations!

Herman and his staff always give me peace of mind when evaluating my health. They take the time to listen to all my woes and diagnose accordingly. The best part is they truly listen. I have been using Johns Creek Primary Care about 15 years. I’ve seen Dr. Herman, Pam Watson and Dr. Conlin. All of them have always been very patient and understanding about all of my health concerns. I have never felt rushed or hurried by them or any of their staff. I have recommended them to my two daughters and several friends and all of them have been very satisfied as well. I enjoy my visits to John Creek Primary care; every visit is great. Starting with the receptionists at the desk, to N.P. Pamela Watson, who is understanding, so very kind, and she gives encouraging patient care instructions, and if the instructions are followed by the patient the ending results are effective. Mrs. Pamela is a great listener. One other factor that creates a pleasant, enjoyable, calming visit is the office assistant, Sharonika Johnson. Sharonika is always pleasant, smiling, and in good spirits. Sharonika is patient, she allows the patient to explain their situation, she listens well, Sharonika is gentle, and she checks on the patient throughout the visit. She is very professional, during the visits. I was so worried about one of my physical problems and her soft tone and kind words gave me added assurance. THEY both are always neat LOOK so professional. My Spouse wanted to see N.P. Pamela Watson also, after I bragged about my experience, and he did. and upon leaving the office, my spouse, had only compliments about the both of them, N.P. Pamela Watson and Sharonika Johnson, both are an asset to the Johns-Creek Primary care office. I really appreciated Dr. Micheal Conlin also. He was kind, soft spoken, and very caring. I really appreciate the care I get at Johns Creek Primary Care. Dr. Herman is a caring doctor who really listens to what I say, and I am always amazed at how he keeps up and is current on new medical treatments. He also has a research department with clinical trials run from his offices. I feel I get the best of care. His staff is always friendly and competent. After a stint at a group practice of health providers, which I left because it seemed I saw a new doctor every visit, I appreciate my health care being directed by one doctor.

I am a very satisfied patron of the practice and highly recommend them. The office is neat and easy to find with ample parking. The waiting area is quiet and professional. The front office staff is always polite and professional and greet you immediately. There appears to be sufficient help instead of many offices where they rely on just one person to balance the patients with phone calls. They responded in a very timely manner to my pharmacy when a question was needed on a refill.

They have a good online portal for all information and I have used the recall of my medical records frequently.

I see Dr. Herman and he has been terrific. He takes the time to learn your background and takes an interest in your issues. I was a new patient in 2014 and was transferring from another Primary doctor in another area. I am a Type 2 Diabetic and needed a referral to my professional. He took the time to review my history and recommended a consult with dietitian in his office. She assisted me with a great plan and I began to lose weight with a regular routine of exercise and better eating habits. It was so nice to be able to come to the same office for this service. I have had a number of other visits requiring referrals and the office has been very thorough. I had an opportunity to be tended to by Dr. Conlin and found him to be equally professional and caring.

I have and will continue to refer customers to this practice. I value the relationship and hope it continues as it has in the past.

I will definitely be coming back! I had an appointment here recently as a new patient, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful with getting me set up. The location is convenient with lots of parking available directly outside the building, and the interior is modern and very clean. Also, if you get an appointment with Emily Adams, she is awesome! I’m recommending here to my family.

Johns Creek Primary care is a pleasure to visit. The staff answers the phone quickly and never do you get a leave a message recording. The office has convenient hours with appointments available early to accommodate people that have to get to work. Dr Herman is pleasant and very thorough in his approach to his patients. They have a very functional web based portal where all my information is available when I want to see it. I highly recommend the practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hermann for 20 years plus….in fact, I believe I may have been his very first one when he began working with Dr. Jim Stewart. Dr. Hermann and his entire Staff are the very best..and that would include his Dad who works there…(probably unpaid!) Dr. Herman has surrounded himself with other very competent medical personnel. He is big on new technology…and frankly, just a nice guy!! We have referred many of our friends to Dr. Hermann and will continue to so. We continue to wish him and his entire gang the best.

I’m a new patient at Johns Creek Primary Care and I’m very glad I found them. The office staff is pleasant, helpful and patient. They always seem to be smiling. The medical support staff was also very pleasant, patient and caring. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The office is clean and neat and the scheduling seems to be on time as I had only a short wait time both in the waiting room and also in the examining room. One small touch I really appreciated was a walker set up at the scale. I have balance issues and having something to hold onto as I stepped on the scale was huge to me. I saw Dr. Conlin who was understanding, helpful and kind. I’m happy I chose them and equally happy to recommend them.

Life can be very difficult and over whelming at times. For the last 20 + years, Dr. Herman and his team have always been there for me when needed. Five star plus rating in my book. A doctor’s true value goes way beyond their knowledge, diagnosis, treatment and pills. Their REAL strength comes from their words and encouragement when health concerns present themselves.
