If you require a primary care provider in Johns Creek, we’re ready to provide the service you need.
We don’t offer pediatric care. We specialize in adolescents, adults, and seniors.
We charge a $50.00 no show fee for missed appointments or cancellations of less than 24 hours. As a courtesy, we will try to call 1- 2 days before your scheduled visit to remind you of your upcoming appointment. We cannot guarantee you will receive a call. It is your obligation to be aware of your appointments.
